| Video Discription | This first time I tried this... It was in a Thai Chinese restaurant in Yaowarat. The chef used pork lard and deep fried the garlic to crisp before cooking the glass noodle and prawn. It was truly unforgettable - but of course the dish was meant to be shared because it was oily and also packed with coriander. I can't recreate the dish in its entirety because I don't use pork lard and we don't have the restaurant style big fire. But this is really good enough for me!
