The Green Agenda may be an effective tool in promoting climate and environmental agendas in the Western Balkans, a region suffering from severe air pollution and little energy diversification. But could it also be a catalyst for renewed interest and enhanced political engagement with the countries in the region, leading to new impetus for their accession process?
