Strike Force Wessex was established by State Crime Command’s Criminal Groups Squad in April 2023 to investigate alleged Alammedine criminal clan involved in drug supply using drug run or ‘dial-a-dealer’ phones across Sydney. Following extensive inquiries strike force detectives with assistance from Raptor Squad executed a search warrant at a Merrylands home at 8am on Thursday 9 May 2024. Two people, a 26-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman, were arrested at the home and taken to Granville Police Station. These were newest power couple of Sydney’s underworld, Trent Jeske and Jade Heffer. Who just got married a month ago.
