| Video Discription | WELCOME TO MEEZAN'S FOOD TUBE Today in this video we are going to make basundi. Easy and simple way of making basundi at home. Abbreviation: 1. tbsp- table spoon 2. tsp- tea spoon Ingredients: 1. 2 litres milk 2. 2 tbsp chopped almonds 3. 2 tbsp chopped cashews 4. 2 tbsp chopped pistachios 5. Half cup sugar 6. 5-6 strings of safron (kesar or zafran) 7. 1/4 tsp cardamom powder Tips: 1. Do not add any dry fruits until milk boils otherwise milk may get curdle. 2. When milk is boiled then cook it on medium flame but keep stirring the milk occasionally. 3. If it seems like milk is getting little too cooked then stir a little more or turn down the heat.
