Let’s awaken our mind to the inner energies and powers that we have with the 50 trillion cells in our body and 70 trillion volatage.... let’s use ourselves fully .... Let’s all say and believe ... I am the powerhouse I am abundance I am uniquely designed I have chosen my journey and designed my journey I am happiness I am peace I am purity I am the best in this world ! We should use our powerhouse to know our best capabilities and capacities and work towards fulfilling the best in this universe which we can create. The science of silence and waves moving inside our body can make the positive and negative thoughts travel across borders and can create or destruct a situation and a person’s wellbeing. We should let only positive thoughts hover or travel in our minds to make the things positive around you. We should be in a blissful state and bliss would help us face all challenges (small or big in life ) bravely and without getting a setback. We should try and heal ourselves with meditation and not medication. We should forgive everyone and ask for forgiveness from everyone. We should always have hoopnopono in our lives.
