Put them into a pot with water, add a strong pinch of salt and let the potatoes simmer for 10-12 minutes. Cut chicken into strips and season with salt and pepper. Dice the onions and peel and mince the garlic. Grate parmesan cheese into a bowl. Add Cottage cheese with evaporated milk, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder into a blender and mix on high for 30 seconds until smooth. Heat up the pan to medium heat, add in some oil, and then the onions with some salt. Fry the onions for 2-3 min. Push them aside, add another bit of oil, and now fry the chicken for 1 minute each side. Add the minced garlic and give everything a last stir for 10 seconds and remove the pan from the heat. Now add in the sauce with the parmesan cheese and mix everything until creamy and smooth. Potatoes should be ready by now as well so drain the water and add them to a plate.
