Capped at 50% If you wanted to reach maximum motion speed, you need this recipe Motion Speed = ((floor(ASPD - 1000)) : 180 + (Equipment Motion Speed%))% Cast Time Reduction ; Every 20 CSPD will get 1% cast time reduction, which if it has 50% or higher it will convert every 180 CSPD into 1% cast time reduction.
