As you inhale and exhale, if any thoughts wander in, acknowledge them and let them pass. As you breathe in, Feel your heart slightly lifting up to the sky. Feel the crown of your head lift, and create space between your neck and your shoulders Soften your face—eyes, jaw, lips. Feel the shoulders relax. Become still, Imagine yourself on a beautiful tropical beach, the sun is shining down, and there’s a nice cool breeze in your hair. You notice an oasis in the distance and start to walk toward the lush tropical bushes and trees, and as you part the luscious foliage and walk through, you find yourself in the most serene garden, with a beautiful pond. As you walk closer, you notice someone standing by the water’s edge, you are drawn to this beautiful soul and as you get a bit closer, you notice that this person is you. This is the best version of you, the person you have longed to be. It feels familiar. You have met before. You feel a sense of safety and serenity in this presence. You feel the positive energy emanating from this person. It brings you a sense of peace. Your best self lovingly takes reaches for your hands, looks deep into your eyes and gives you a message. What is that message? You thank this person for their insight and wisdom. They leave the garden and as you stand by the water, you notice a beautiful gemstone, you pick it up, feeling the smoothness of it between your fingers, and as you hold it to the light, you see it has a word on it. What is that word? You hold onto the gemstone and begin to exit the garden. As you walk back to the beach, you feel different, you feel renewed and refreshed. Looking back down at the word on your gemstone, it brings a smile to your face! Feeling more aligned, feeling open to the possibilities. What is seeking to emerge through you? As you come back into your body, acknowledging and reflecting on the message you received. Hold that message close to your heart and feel gratitude for its wisdom. Gratitude for life fills your body. You see now that you are on the path to becoming the person you know you are meant to be. Slowly open your eyes, feeling your fingers and toes, becoming aware once again of the sounds in the room, and just coming back to yourself, you notice that you are feeling really good. You are in the right place, and feel excited for the infinite potential within! |
