| Video Discription | This is 3156 Coro Coro for Nec Pc-8801 and it is was directed and created by Hiromichi Tanaka and he's a very creative game creator as he was the one who would later create and direct one of the best games such as Secret of Mana, directing Seiken Densetsu 3, producing Xenogears and Chrono Cross and like Gaming Alexandria and Chris Kohler said this game seemed to have been cancelled and lost but it's then later revealed that it was actually released, and it counts as a real game to be played and the word Coro Coro translates to Rolling Dice which seems like some kind a gambling game but it's not usually like it though because basically the goal in the game is that you have to use the number pad to roll it from the starting space to the goal, which is shown as a black space and represented by a white square on the map on the right of the screen. But that's not all because the die can only roll onto spaces where the number on the bottom of the die is different than the numbers on the space. Each space on the board has some number of die faces drawn on it. If, for example, a space has a 1, 3, 4, and 6 on it, that means that to be able to roll onto that space, the bottom of the die would have to be showing a 2 or a 5. Although I did beat level 1 and 2 but not three because it was hard for me to get past and unless someone who is good at playing dice want to get a go, and although this game was only ported for the Nec Pc-8801, there seems to be no Sharp X1, or Fujitsu Micro-7 version and not even a Sharp Mz-2000/2200 version exist. But I can still consider this game that Hiromichi Tanaka created is a good game to play. |
