Aru'z Kitchen માં આપનું સ્વાગત છે, આ વિડિઓમાં આપણે જોઈશું કે ઘરે ખીચુ કેવી રીતે બનાવવું. ઘરે ખીચુ કેવી રીતે બનાવવું - How To Make Khichu at Home - Aru'z Kitchen - Ghar nu Khichu #Khichu #Papad #AruzKitchen #CookWithMe #WithMe સામગ્રી: ચોખાનો લોટ 1 કપ; મીઠું; અજમો 1 ચમચી; જીરું 1 ચમચી; લીલા મરચાં 2 થી 3 વાટેલા; કપાસિયા તેલ; સીંગતેલ; અથાણાં સંભાર; લાલ મરચું પાવડર; પાણી - ચોખાના લોટની માત્રા કરતા 3 ગણું; રીત: 01. પાણીને તપેલામાં ગરમ કરો. 02. તમારી હથેળીની વચ્ચે અજમાને ભૂકો કરી પાણીમાં ઉમેરો. 03. જીરું પણ તમારી હથેળી વચ્ચે ક્રશ કરો અને પાણીમાં ઉમેરો. 04. પીસેલા લીલા મરચાને પાણીમાં ઉમેરો. 05. પાણીમાં મીઠું ઉમેરો. 06. પાણીમાં કપાસિયા તેલ ઉમેરો. 07. તપેલાને ઢાંકી દો અને પાણીને ઉકળવા દો. 08. ધીરે ધીરે ચોખાના લોટને પાણીમાં નાખો અને બરાબર મિક્ષ કરતા રહો. 09. ગેસનું તાપમાન ઘટાડવું. 10. મિશ્રણ રાખો અને ખાતરી કરો કે ખીચુમાં કોઈ ગઠ્ઠો નથી. 11. ઢાંકીને એકદમ ધીમી આંચ પર 2 મિનિટ પાકવા દો. 12. ખીચુ તૈયાર છે અને તેને સીંગતેલ અને અથાણાં સંભાર સાથે પીરસાઈ શકાય છે. 13. જો તમને અથાણા સંભારમાં મેથીના દાણાનો સ્વાદ ગમતો નથી, તો તમે આ ખીચુંને સામાન્ય લાલ મરચું પાઉડર અને સીંગતેલ સાથે પીરસો. Ingredients: Rice Flour 1 Cup; Salt; Carom Seeds 1 spoon; Cumin Seeds 1 Spoon; Green Chilies 2 to 3 Crushed; Cottonseed Oil; Groundnut Oil; Pickle Masala; Red Chili Powder; Water 3 times the amount of Rice Flour; Steps: 01. Pour the water in a Vessel and Heat it in medium Flame. 02. Crush the Carom seeds between your palms and add to the water. 03. Crush the Cumin seeds between your palms and add to the water. 04. Add the Crushed Green Chilies to the water. 05. Add Salt to the Water. 06. Add the Cottonseed Oil to the Water. 07. Cover the Vessel and let the water come to a complete boil. 08. Gradually add the Rice Flour to the water and keep mixing well. 09. Reduce the temperature of the flame. 10. Keep mixing and ensure that there are no lumps in the Khichu. 11. Cover and let it cook for 2 minutes on a very low flame. 12. Khichu is ready and can be served with Groundnut Oil and Pickle Masala. 13. If you don’t like the taste of Fenugreek seeds in the Pickle Masala, you can serve this Khichu with Normal Red Chili Powder and Groundnut Oil as well.
