I'm using a pvc Azek 1 x 8 trim board for the circular form. This material bends very easily without breaking. If you're installing a hot tub slab, whether it's circular to square, the basics are always the same. Lay out your boards, check for square, or radius in this case, pin the boards in place, then set the forms to grade.
