Historians have speculated that the dish was originally served on bread as a sandwich, created by 19th-century cattle drivers in the American West or by Chinese railroad cooks as a sort of transportable egg foo yong. At some point, a breadless version was developed, and it became known as the Denver (American or western) omelet. You may know this satisfying, colorful omelet as a Western omelet, and perhaps you’ve only enjoyed it at dinner. But it couldn’t be simpler to make and can have for breakfast lunch or dinner, so it’s time to bring the Denver omelet into your kitchen! Ingredients: 3Eggs Onion 1 small piece chopped Bell peppers any color 1tbsp chopped Tomato 2 pieces chopped Mushroom 4 pieces sliced Cream 2 tsp Butter 1 tbsp Vegetable oil 2 tbsp Salt ½ tsp Black pepper freshly grounded ½ tsp Process: In a pan heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil and butter. Toss onion, tomato, bell pepper, mushroom with some salt and black pepper in butter and set aside. Now break 3 eggs. Mix 2 pinch of salt and cream and beat the eggs. Heat the pan and give butter in the pan Set gas in low to medium heat. Then pour the beaten eggs and give some time to set. Pour the vegetables in the set eggs in gas. Now fold the egg omelet and your Denver Omelet is done.
