| Video Discription | Have a great New Year Everyone, Thank you all for supporting me since i started this journey, I do appreciate each one of you. #SteamedCassavaBalls is easy and fun to make. Full recipe down below. Ingredients: 1 cup Grated coconut 3 cups Grated cassava 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 gated Cheddar Cheese 2 tsp. Vanilla Pinch of salt Yellow, Red, Green food coloring Directions: 1. Prepare all the ingredients and utensils needed. 2. Prepare /grate the coconut. (not included in the video) 3. Clean/peel the cassava and grate it. Remove or squeezed the juice out from the cassava and loosen the cassava mixture. ( you can add a little bit of coconut milk or milk if you want a more softer mixture) 4. Add coconut, sugar, cheese, vanilla, salt to cassava mixture. 5. Divide the cassava mixture into three if you want to add food coloring. Add food coloring that you like in each bowl. 6. Prepare the steamer. 7. Make a ball or circles out of the cassava mixtures. Steam for 2–25 minutes or until cook. 8. You can use a skewers if you like. Serve warm.
