Chef Smita shows you how to make this delicious recipe at home, do give it a try and let us know your feedback in the comments below. #ChapliKebab#PakistaniStreetFood#GetCurried Download the Get Curried App by clicking on this link:- http://bit.ly/GetCurriedVegNonVegRecipes_And Ingredients: 1/2 kg Mutton Mince With Fat 2 Onions, chopped 2 Tomatoes (deseeded&chopped) 4 Green Chillies, finely chopped 1 tsp Chilli Flakes 1 tsp Garam Masala 1 Egg 1/2 cup Coriander leaves, chopped 3 tbsp Gram Flour (roasted) 1 tbsp Red Chilli powder 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder Salt 2 tbsp Ghee Method of preparation: In a plate, add mutton mince, onion,tomatoes, green chillies, chilli flakes, garam masala, egg, coriander leaves and mix them well. Add gram flour, mix well, cover it and keep it inside a refrigerator for 30 minutes. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix well. Heat ghee in a pan, take a handful of the mixture and shape it into a big patty. Slow cook the patty on medium flame. Cook the kebabs for 10 minutes on each side.
