This grape jelly recipe uses about 50 % unripe tart (greenish) and 50 % ripe sweet concord grapes resulting in a fantastically well balanced grape jelly. You will need 5-6 250 ml sealer jars, 6-7 lbs concord grapes, 1 cup water, 3 1/2 cups white sugar, jelly bag with a stand, or similar like cheese cloth. About 2 hours of spare time, over 2 days ! |
