Here is the ingredients list for my FRIED FESTIVALS! If you make this at home, don't forget to let me know what you thought in the comments 🥰 Ingredients List: 2 Cups of Self Raising Flour 1/4 Cup of Fine Cornmeal 2 tbsp Caster Sugar 2 tsp Salt Pinch of Nutmeg 1/4 tsp Cinnamon 10 tbsp Cold Water (Add in gradually) 3 tbsp Milk Cooking instructions: Heat oil on a high heat and turn to medium low after 3 mins. Test mini festival in the oil (If the festival immediately turns brown the oil is too hot) Once bubbles form around the festival and browns slowly, your oil is fine (The heat should be between medium low and low) |
