I'll give you four recipes showing how to make junk food healthy. I hope you enjoy these recipes for junk food replacements! RECIPES: __________________________________________________________________________ Healthy Potato Chips: Slice up a potatoes into chip-sized pieces Toss them in a mixture of olive oil, rosemary, salt & pepper (or your seasonings of choice) Bake at 425 for about 15-20 mins. Take pan out and rotate, then bake another 10-15 mins or until crispy *Hint: This same method can be used for white potatoes and to make chips __________________________________________________________________________ Salt and Vinegar Cucumbers: 3 cucumbers 1c water 1c vinegar 3T sugar (yes, sugar. Trust me. It takes the edge off of the vinegar) 1T salt 3T fresh dill, minced (optional) Slice cucumbers into thin slices. Fill a large tupperware container with water, vinegar, sugar, salt, and dill. Dump your cucumber slices into your mixture and allow to soak overnight before snacking.
