| Video Discription | Mango Lassi with mango pulp in just 2 minutes - Sweet mango smoothie - Refreshing summer drink recipe Mango Lassi is a sweet refreshing drink made with very sweet, ripe mangoes and plain unflavored yogurt or curd (as called in India). On a hot summer day all you need is a glass of chilled mango lassi. I used canned mango pulp (Ratnagiri, Alphonso mango pulp). If you use fresh mangoes, then remember to use good quality, ripe mangoes that have very less fibers. Puree the mangoes in a blender . All you need is 1 cup of pureed mango. If your mangoes are bit fibrous then strain the mango puree to get rid of the fibers. * 1 cup of chilled water . You can even use cold milk instead of water or ice cubes. * 1/4 th teaspoon cardamom(elaichi) powder (optional) * Just a tiny pinch of salt * 2 tablespoons of sugar or according to your taste Blend everything to a smooth consistency in a blender and serve chilled.
