This audio is meant to be used in the morning right when you wake up. Both right before sleep and right when you wake up are the two most important times to influence your mind. It’s impossible to control our thoughts every moment of the day. Most of the decisions we make are when we are in autopilot. The goal then, is to set this autopilot towards the direction of your desires, the direction, of what you want to manifest. The intentions you set in the morning right when you wake up will direct the decisions you make throughout the rest of the day. If you consciously set your intentions on what you want to manifest, you will be more aware of opportunities and attract what you want effortlessly. Your subconscious mind will point you in the right direction without even having to try. If you create a routine of listening to this every morning, there is nothing that can stop you from manifesting what you desire. It is our daily routines that truly create our reality and the future ahead of us.. Developing a routine may be difficult, but once it’s there it becomes effortless. That is why they are so hard to break, and that is why it is so important to remove negative routines and replace them with ones that will create your dream life. If you make listening to this audio your morning routine, You will begin to see your dreams become a reality. And one day, you will wake up, living the dream you created, that dream that first started only in your mind. Lets begin.. it’s important to get your body moving and active In the morning, so it is recommended to listen to this while being on your feet. You can do anything other than lying or sitting down. Walking running, or even just getting ready for work in the morning. Inside or outside it doesn’t matter. Here is a breathing exercise you can use that will increase your blood flow and wake up your body and mind. Take 4 quick bursts of air in through your nose then repeat the 4 bursts out your mouth. Continue this several times and throughout the routine if you would like. Get that blood flowing and feel that energy coursing through the body waking you up and getting your mind and body ready for the day ahead. Now focus on the dream you want to create into a reality. What is this one thing you want to create. Be specific. Remember to choose one thing at a time. Whether that be money, a relationship, health. Just focus on one are. Now get into a feeling of already having this manifested into your life. What does this feel like right now? Wide awake seeing this manifestation in your life. It feels great. It feels wonderful! You have already attracted this into your life. Feel the joy of having your desire. Feel how grateful you are right now because you have manifested this into your life. The feeling of being grateful is one of the most important things in attracting what you want. It creates a feeling that you have enough, a feeling of abundance. And this feeling.. creates the magic behind the law of attraction. I thank the universe for bringing me my desires I am thankful for everything I have in my life. I am grateful for the pain I once felt Because it made me stronger and wiser I am grateful for the pain I will feel in the future, Because it brings me closer to my dreams I am so grateful now that I have received my desire. I trust my intuition to make the right decisions I have the courage to follow my dreams I don’t think about how I attract my desires I just let it go and trust the universe is bringing me what I desire. I create more opportunities in my life I am more aware of the opportunities that are already there. When an opportunity arises, I have the courage to take action Taking action is easy and effortless for me I have already manifested my desires I feel amazing now that I have attracted my dreams into my reality I am able to let go and follow my hearts desire I attract my desire in unexpected ways I use my intuition and intelligence to guide me at all times I am the creator of my reality I now let this go and allow the universe to manifest my desires into my life.
