Two Hand Massage: Holding your breast with 2 hands, gently squish your breast in different directions. 3. Lymphatic Breast Massage: This massage is used to release fluids and toxins by moving them towards your lymph nodes, located under your arm and in-between your breasts. 4. Reverse Pressure Massage: This massage is used to release fluid retention caused my accumulated IV fluids during birth. During the first few days, if your breast is soft, but your areola and nipple are hard, press around your areola for 30 seconds, and gently move fluids towards the lymph nodes.
