| Video Discription | There was a time in my life where I worried constantly. I went to bed worrying and woke up with the same worries going through my mind. My stress levels were high and I'm pretty sure this constant anxiety led to episodes of chest pains I've dealt with from time to time. It seemed to me at the time that worrying was just a part of the human existence. Fortunately, in recent years, I've been able to come to a new realization. After hours and hours of reading, listening to podcasts, watching videos, and talking with friends, I've finally realized this simple truth: Things just seem to work out in life. Whether or not we spend hours worrying or not, things just seem to work out in our favor 85% - 90% of the time. Embracing and truly believing in this truth has allowed me to stop worrying so much and instead use that mental energy to shape and design my dream life. And you can do the same in your life!
