The group included three Officer Trainees from the Royal Bhutan Civil Services. Addressing the Officer Trainees, the President stated that their job was to be ideal administrators and to give correct advice to the political executive. He advised them to remember that they were the chosen few for reconstructing the country and to contribute to the process of it’s socio-economic transformation. He wished them all success in their future endevours. The group of Probationers is presently in New Delhi for attachment with Bureau of Parliamentary Studies and Training.
