| Video Discription | Sam Hider Health Center has started doing Cooking with Commodities classes. The classes are held twice a month with a daytime and evening class available to everyone. The centers registered dietitian uses a new recipe each month and teaches the class how to use some of the commodities they get to make new and healthier dishes.
