| Video Discription | An uber cool concept with magnificent ambience, cozy yet chic. Infusion to Indian culinary to bring out the best is what Indian by Nature does. IBN is a Pure Vegetarian Fusion Restaurant based in Dubai & Abu Dhabi with the cuisines from North, East, West and South of India. This time IBN has come up with its new BBQ buffet menu that too all vegetarian and which has a true essence of hard work and innovation. The Indian cuisine with a twist is what can be well thought of and executed. Currently they are also conducting an art exhibition which is community-based initiative to promote many hidden and local talents for that they have a dedicated corner as well in the restaurant to showcase all the paintings and arts which has been made by the artists This place has got some amazing interiors as well. They have skilled staff with courteousness, spell binding ambience and in top of that the food which delectably takes into the main stream specially the fusion here and I am sure you would be surprised. If you are yet to visit, make sure you do that soon. This is what we tried there: - We started with CHAAT and we decided to order their very Famous Raj Kachori... was crunchy and rich, and was doused with fresh curd and topped with crispy sev, tamarind chutney and pomegranate seeds, very delicious, mild spicy, sweet, tangi it’s just WOW. Drinks - With lots of innovative mock tails this place stands out in the crowd, we tried Fresh Watermelon and Cucumber & Mint Martini. While sipping in the amazing mocktail we realized they have done a nice fusion of the same. Starters- Mixed Tikka Platter (3 skewers, Khada Masala Paneer, Malai Soya, Brocolli Mewa) this platter deserves a special mention for the ingenuity of combining ideal mingle of spices. The smoky charcoal flavor of the marinated and tandoor-cooked paneer, Broccoli & mushroom was simply jaw-dropping. Hard to describe in words, one has to taste it to live that inexpressible feeling. Main course had certainly had distinctive yet toothsome delicacies. We tried Sizzlers 1- Veg Manchurian Noodles Sizzler 2- Khada Paneer Sizzler Absolutely love the sizzlers here. The taste, the portion. Everything was up to the mark. Food is never complete unless ended with some opulent desserts. We ordered RasMalai Triffle we enjoyed it a lot. Overall great experience. If you have not devoured the delicacy of this place yet, you are definitely missing out something. |
