Equations: Compound Annual Growth =((EPS1/EPS2)^(1/N))-1 -EPS1 = TTM EPS current -EPS2 = EPS previous -N = number of years between EPS1 and EPS2 Future Value = FV(Rate, NPER, pmt, PV) -Rate is the growth rate we calculated -NPER is the number of years into the future that we are calculating. For us, we use 10. -pmt is payment which we are not using here. Leave it blank by adding a comma. -PV is present value. This is the TTM EPS and we need to put a negative sign (-) in front of it. Present Value = PV(Rate, NPER, pmt, FV) -Rate is our return that we would be satisfied with. We use 15%. -NPER is the number of years you will be discounting the value back. This will match the number of years you used in the Future Value calculation. For us, we use 10. -pmt is payment which we are not using here. Leave it blank by adding a comma. -FV is Future value. This is the 10-year target price and we need to put a negative sign (-) in front of it.
