The whole area is also a great producer of hazelnuts, offering a fantastic range of local chocolate and Alba is no less then the hometown of Nutella! Have a look at the newly installed beautiful fountain with sculpture on the town square donated by the Ferrero family. (A tip, if you are headed to the Saturday street market, is to be there well in time before 2 p.m., when it closes.)
