| Video Discription | #News #HindiNewsVideo #HindiNews #ABPNews #LatestNews Modi Cabinet Decision On Farmer's: केंद्र सरकार ने किसानों के लिए बड़ा एलान किया है. कैबिनेट ने कम अवधि का लोन समय से चुकाने वाले किसानों के लिए इंटरेस्ट सबवेंशन स्कीम (Interest Subvention Scheme) को जारी रखा है. ऐसे में जिन किसानों ने तीन लाख रुपए तक का लोन शॉर्ट टर्म के लिए लिया है, उन्हें ब्याज में 1.5 परसेंट की छूट मिलेगी. इसके लिए सरकार ने बजट में 34,846 करोड़ रुपए का प्रोविजन किया है. इंटरेस्ट सबवेंशन, यानि लोन का ब्याज चुकाने पर किसानों को जो डेढ़ परसेंट की छूट मिलेगी, उसकी भरपाई के लिए सरकार ये भुगतान सीधे लोन देने वाले बैंक और सहकारी संस्थाओं को करेगी. क्या है सबवेंशन स्कीम आपको बता दें कि सरकार की ओर से सहकारी समितियों और बैंकों के जरिए किसानों को कम ब्याज दर पर शॉर्ट और लॉन्ग टर्म के लिए लोन दिया जाता है. इस लोन को कई किसान समय पर चुका देते हैं और जबकि काफी किसान किसी कारणवश समय पर लोन नहीं चुका पाते हैं. ऐसे में जो किसान समय पर लोन चुका देते हैं, ऐसे किसानों के लिए ही ब्याज अनुदान योजना अनुदान यानी इंटरेस्ट सबवेंशन स्कीम का फायदा मिलेगा. क्रेडिट कार्ड से मिलता है सस्ता लोन आपको बता दें कि फिलहाल सरकार किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड के तहत कम ब्याज दरों पर लोन देती है. जिन किसानों के पास क्रेडिट कार्ड नहीं वह अपने ब्लॉक क्षेत्र में जाकर अपना किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड (KCC) बनवा सकते हैं. अगर कोई किसान, किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड के जरिए लोन लेता है तो उसे 4 परसेंट की ब्याज पर तीन लाख रुपए तक का लोन मिल जाता है. यही नहीं किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड के जरिए PM किसान सम्मान निधि का फायदा भी मिलता है.
