Oven Jerk Chicken https://youtu.be/gBMFe-vZTU8 Jerk Chicken on the grill https://youtu.be/f8vmoxP8s78 **Ingredients** Fresh Scallion and Thyme Celery leaves or Broad leaf thyme (optional) Garlic gloves (4-5 pieces ) Ginger 3-4 small slices 1 tbsp pimento seeds (all spice berries) 4-5 pimento peppers ( for flavor) if available 1 scotch bonnet pepper, more for more spice 1 onion (chopped) 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp grated nut meg 1-2 tbsp browning 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp vegetable oil white vinegar Slash of lime or lemon juice Use this recipe as a guide as I did not measure the ingredients.
