I’m super happy you came here! When you read this you already took the first step to work on your own, so keep going by joining one of my YIBT. classes.
YIBT: Yoga Inspired Bodyweight Training.
I designed this bodyweight program, as the name is showing already, with the influence of Yoga. You don’t need any equipment, so you can do it at home or take it with you on your travels. To make it more convenient I recommend using a good mat but you can also do it on the floor or a carpet.
This short but intense workout is focused on Core (all parts of it, abs, obliques, transverse and deeper levels).
Feel free to pause the video and take as many breaks as you need in the beginning, it doesn’t matter if you are able to make it through the entire workout. JUST DO YOUR BEST!
We’re all working on our own improvement, on different levels, so just focus on yourself so you will get better each time you come back here.
I personally recommend doing at least one of these classes every second day!
