| Video Discription | "Melt in Your Mouth Chicken" --- Recipe from Ashley, from SC. Ingredients: 1 cup sour cream 2 teaspoons garlic powder 1 teaspoon season salt 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper 1 1/2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese 3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, trimmed of excess fat Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly coat 9x13 with cooking spray. 2. In a medium bowl, mix together the sour cream, garlic powder, seasoned salt, pepper, and 1 cup of cheese. Stir to combine. 3. Place the chicken breasts evenly into pan. Spread the mixture over each one. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. 4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. (165 degrees) 5.
