| Video Discription | The Kamov Ka-32 is a high performance heavy-lift helicopter. The Russian / Soviet-made helicopter is capable of transporting 5 tons of external and 3,7 tons of internal loads. Maximum takeoff weight is 12.600 kg. The Kamov Ka-32 helicopter is equipped with two powerful turboshaft engines that power two coaxial contra-rotating, three-blade main rotors. The rotors spin in opposite directions and so neutralize torque effects. This eliminates the need for a tail rotor. The impressive Kamov KA-32 A12 (HB-XKE) of Heliswiss takes off at Helicopter base Bern-Belp. -------------- DEUTSCH Der Kamov Ka-32 gilt als leistungsfähigster Schwerlasthubschrauber mit einem Hebevermögen von bis zu 5 Tonnen. Maximales Startgewicht ist 12.600 kg. Der in Russland hergestellte Helikopter ist mit zwei leistungsstarken Turbinen ausgestattet, die zwei gegenläufig drehende Koaxialrotoren antreiben. Die Drehmomente werden so gegenseitig aufgehoben, weshalb auf den Heckrotor verzichtet werden kann.
