In a pan heat oil, ginger and garlic and saute for a minute. 2. Add cumin seeds and chicken in it and cook until the color changes. 3. Add green chillies, tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add coriander powder, salt, black pepper and cook for 10-15 minutes. 4. Add yogurt and cook until the oil separates or chicken is fully done. 5. Garnish with ginger, green chilies, green coriander and serve. Your Kali Mirch Karahi is ready. Preparation time: 15 minutes Cooking time: 30-40 minutes Servings: 5-6 |
