(1) Sev Dungli Nu Shaak & Adu Marcha Bhakhri (2) Dahi Tikhari with Biscuit Bhakhri Both these thalis have only two items, Both of this delicious Thalis are perfect for evening . These are a must try Thali recipes at home. (1) Sev Dungli Nu Shaak & Adu Marcha Bhakhri INGREDIENTS FOR DUNGLI-SEV SHAAK 150 grams green onion (हरा प्याज) 8-10 stems of green garlic (हरा लहसुन) 4 tsp oil (तेल) Half tsp mustard seeds (राय) Half tsp cumin seeds (जीरा) 1/4 tsp hing (हिंग) 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (हल्दी पावडर) 1 tsp coriander-cumin powder (धनिया जीरा पावडर) 3/4 tsp red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पावडर) Half tsp salt (नमक) 1 cup water (पानी) Half cup sev (सेव) FOR ADU-MARCHA MASALA BHAKRI Half cup wheat flour (both coarse & fine) (गेहूं का आटा) Paste of 4-5 green chillies & ginger (अदरक हरी मिर्च की पेस्ट) Chopped green coriander (हरा धनिया) 1 tbsp white sesame seeds (सफ़ेद तिल) 1 tsp cumin seeds (जीरा) Half tsp salt (नमक) 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (हल्दी पावडर) 1 tbsp oil (तेल) Water as required (पानी) ===== (2) Dahi Tikhari with Biscuit Bhakhri INGREDIENTS 1 cup wheat flour (गेहिन का आटा) Half tsp salt (नमक) 4 tsp oil (तेल) Chopped onion and green chili (प्याज और हरी मिर्च) Chopped mint leaves & curry leaves (पुदीना और कड़ी पत्ता) 1 cup curd (दही) Garlic & red chili powder chutney (लहसुन लाल मिर्च की चटनी) Half cup water (पानी) 6 tsp oil (तेल) Half tsp mustard seeds (राय) Half tsp cumin seeds (जीरा) 1/4 tsp hing (हिंग) 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (हल्दी पावडर) Half tsp coriander-cumin powder (धनिया जीरा पावडर) 1 tsp red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पावडर) Half tsp salt (नमक) Chopped coriander leaves (हरा धनिया) Pure ghee (शुध्ध घी) ===== Please do try this recipe and convey your valuable feedback in the comment section below.
