This video is a step by step - how to guide recipe on slow cooking the chicken souvla for around 3 hours on a traditional Greek style BBQ. Unlike souvlaki, this meat is left as larger pieces and rotates on the rotisserie above hot coals. We then show you how to apply this marinade to the chicken and store it for maximum flavour.
