To kick start the year I thought it'd be fun to reflect back on 10 little habits that I have added to my daily routine over the last 10ish, that have paid off 10x! You all are smarty pants here and know the main pillars of fitness/health aka drink enough water, get 8 hours of sleep, do resistance training for performance, posture & change body composition, cardio for heart health, getting in enough steps, stretching, eating enough fibre, protein, & health fats, calorie sin vs calories out = weightloss/weight gain ETC! BUT this video is different, its a few other things I have added into my day that has improved me energy, digesting, mood, etc. When those are optimized keeps me motivated to do the BIG more hard parts of fitness (like a heavy leg day or 10km run). If you are not doing these no guilt involved at all! These are not a make or break for your fitness routine, rather some fun little changes you can add in that over time can have a ripple effect to your overall wellness!
