| Video Discription | In this video I made keto no bake cheesecake with lemon and blueberries! May 26 is National Blueberry cheesecake day. Why? Who cares, you get to eat keto blueberry cheesecake so just go with it! I omitted the blueberries and used glycine to slightly sweeten my own carnivore cheesecake portions which I froze in small jars for myself. Watch @KenDBerryMD video about glycine here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wIrOeMJno84&t=238s Ingredients (see below for links to ingredients): • 4 packs (8oz or 250g each) cream cheese • 1 cup heavy cream • 1-2 tbsp glycine (or Swerve for keto) • 4-6 packets True Lemon crystals Combine all ingredients and put into 7 inch spring form pan or in 10-12 individual portions (I use small jars. Use with or without optional carnivore pie crust (below). Chill 4 hours or overnight. Top with unsweetened whipped cream.
