But Milore CBO ,a group of farmers is determined to change the situation and produce their own food for the community . They do this through irrigation using a water pan . Their main challenge is that the watepan has a small water holding capacity and the water dries up to quickly because it is used for both household and irrigation by the community. They are requesting well-wishers to support them increase the capacity of the water pan , generators to pump the water to farms and irrigation pipes .
