Yet, as far as I am concerned Nandio is an artist whose specialty is: "omelets", any kind of omelets. This man has got what it takes and he does it with style and panache. If you want to see a showman, he is not your guy, Nandio cooks, quietly in the back kitchen. I have not yet found an omelet that can beat his. This dude is king; this man has the signature moves, which he delivers with unaffected grace and natural elegance. He has vision and he deploys it with gentle care and laser-like precision. He might not be verbose , but that don't matter. He doe not like to talk about himself, he likes to work and get it done. He loves what he does. Next time you want e perfect omelet, don't waste time in Vegas, Chicago or New York. You better pack your bags and come to Mendocino, to the lovely family-owned: " Little River Inn." You will find Nandio working the breakfast shift there. Come in, relax and have some breakfast, careful though, because once you taste the elegant sponginess of these air-filled, fluffs, of eggy clouds, stuffed with delectable tidbits of wholesome goodness, you will have forever spoiled your palate and nothing "less",...... will ever do. |
