| Video Discription | Friday marks three weeks since 17-year-old Amarr Murphy-Paine was shot and killed at Garfield High School. Police have not announced any arrests in the case, and interim Seattle police chief Sue Rahr revealed this week that investigators have not been able to question some of the witnesses to the shooting. “Our officers are not allowed to go out and confront juveniles and detain them to get a statement.
