Ingredients 🍪½ cup ragi flour 🍪½ cup wheat flour 🍪½ cup powdered sugar 🍪½ tsp baking powder 🍪¼ tsp cardamom powder 🍪½ cup melted ghee Method In mixing bowl add jaggery and ghee and mix until fluffy(approx 12-15 mins) now add ragi flour,wheat flour,baking powder and cardamom powder. Mix well until combined and then make a ball & flatten them slightly.Bake ragi cookie in preheated air fryer @170 C for 15 mins.Serve and enjoy! Hope you will give it a try :) |
