| Video Discription | The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts in West Palm Beach, Florida, is going through a major renovation and expansion project. Two of the requirements during construction was to keep the Kravis Center fully operational and to limit the impact to only one performance season. To achieve both, we tailored a design-build delivery that allowed us to start construction three months after the project was awarded, has enhanced team collaboration and is enabling opportunities to capitalize on the design model to innovate and prefabricate. |
