| Video Discription | This is an inspired video narration I did during a short stay at the Retreat inside Krishnamurti Foundation of America, in Ojai, California. The beautiful, tranquil picture window desk of the John Lennon Room certainly also contributed to this burst of inspiration! The booklet I chose is from one of the many works made generously & freely available by the Krishnamurti Foundation Of America, Ojai, for any visitor interested in reading or in carrying them back with them! This thin booklet 'Reflecting Consciousness - An Overview of Dialogue' is by one of Jiddu Krishnamurti's deep admirers, Javier Gómez RodrÃguez. He was born in a repressive post world War II atmosphere in rural Spain, where he always felt alienated & a misfit in most structures he saw- within the family, society, Church, or government. Not only did discovering a work of Krishnamurti become deeply liberating for him, but he also got the life transformative opportunity of interacting with Krishnamurti & many other imminent personalities such as the physicist David Bohm at the Krishnamurti Educational Centre, at Brockwood Park for 3 years, as a young man. 'Dialogue' is a short yet deeply insightful & comprehensive commentatory exploring the art of true communication which lies at the heart of all relationships & all true peace, harmony, & transformative change; within families, societies, or nations; as well within one's own self.
