| Video Discription | For the rice: First i washed 3 cups of jasmin rice, put it in a pot, added 4 1/2 cups of water. Then i added half tablespoon of turmeric and salt to taste. I let it boil for about 5 minutes and then reduced the heat to low for about 10 minutes until the rice was sticky. After the rice was done, i transferred it into a wide plate to let it cool down completely so i could start to stuff the rice balls. For the groundbeef: i added, parsely, 4 onions, 1 green pepper. Salt to taste, 1 tsp chicken flavoring, 1 tsp curry powder, 1 tsp paprika powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp chilli flakes. About 2 tbsp oil - Instagram: @emaan.home |
