| Video Discription | 10 Days of Easy Asian Recipes. Day 4/10 Asian Omelette 🍳🍚🌶🔥. Hi, I’m Harris (Cooking with Mr. International on Youtube) for those who don’t know me. I created a 10 Day Series of Simple, Quick & Easy Asian Recipes for you guys. This is such a easy recipe that I enjoy making for my friends and family. Always a hit with the kids. This was how my Mom got me to eat when I was three years old. She would make Asian Omelette into little burgers by using Sticky Rice as the buns, lol. Then she would dip the sticky rice into Soy Sauce or Seasoning Sauce. Recipe: 👇🏻 6 Eggs 1 tbs Fish sauce 1 tbs Chicken bullion 1 tbs Mince garlic 1 tbs vegetable oil 1/4 tsp Monosodium Glutamate Instruction: 1. In a mixing bowl, crack 6 eggs. Then add chicken bullion, fish sauce and monosodium glutamate (optional) Whisk the mixture to combine eggs and ingredients together. Then set aside. 2. On high heat, add in oil to pan. 3. When oil starts to sizzle, add in minced garlic and stir until fragrant. 4. Once it’s fragrant, add in the egg mixture. 5. Make sure to give it a swirl and spread the eggs evenly to pan. 6. Scrape on the edges as it’s first to cook, lift under to allow egg mixture to cook under as shown in the video. This will make the omelette fluffy. 7. Fry for 2-3 minutes then using a Spatula, flip it to the other side for another 1-2 minutes, then turn off heat. It’s ready to serve. Note 📝 Best paired any kind of rice, I prefer jasmine rice or glutenous sweet sticky rice. • I also like to drizzle soy sauce over my rice to pair up with this omelette.
