| Video Discription | Hey Everyone! 🥰 This is a slightly different video from ones I have made in the past. If you made it through the entire video, I hope you learned something new or that you will be able to share to help someone that is beginning their journey, or is trying to take care of their health THE HEALTHY WAY and is overwhelmed with all the informations out of the Internet Jungle. I got this idea a while ago, but this video became very important for me when one of my friend had to make a 180 in her life choices to take her health back. She knew nothing about nutrition, on how to get started but she had one desire, be HEALTHY. And it reminds me, how I even got started myself.... I guess it was less difficult back then since the fitness industry was not that mainstream, I got a diet off Bodybuilding.com I think the Steve Cook lean diet. I started cutting on dairy and eating 10 eggjwhites. So little that I knew, I was not creating healthy habits and choices, but I definitely was eager to pursue this journey, I had one thing on my mind was BODYBUILDING. My friend goal is different, and it was SO exciting for me that she was eager to LEARN and EDUCATE herself on the subject, ASKING WHY this, WHY that, HOW, WHEN and WHAT. She would consult me many times when she would read something on keto, sugar, carbs, etc. We even went shopping together, read labels together, teach her how to make choices, why I eat what I eat during prep vs. now and a little bit of "what I wished I knew". She applied everything, results after a month NOT OF DIETING, but being mindful of the food she consumes, lost 24 pounds (from 204 to 180!!!!). She still eats at restaurants, with her family, and sometimes even sweets and treats, but she is way more confident in going to the stores, or elsewhere to make the right choices because she is EDUCATED! I through out few lessons that I have share with her.... I'm not spoiling anything you'll have to watch the video 😜 Little disclaimer : Please note that I am not a health care professional.
