After this actor got another hit with Itlu Sravani Subramanyam cinema, which was released in 2001 year. In this film his comedy time impressed all youth and family audiences. LB Sriram appeared in every cinema of E. V. V. Satyanarayana. He acted with big celebrities like Ram Charan Tej, Allu Arjun, Rana Daggubati, Allari Naresh, Chiranjeevi, N. Balakrishna, Pawan Kalyan, Ravi Teja, Vijay, Mohanlal, and some other actors.
