| Video Discription | I add LED lighting and new power outlets to a workbench. The LED wall mount panel lights are only 3/8" thick. The under shelf light is a freezer/cooler light. I use a socket extender to run steel conduit to electrical boxes. The 14-3 wires have three conductors and a ground. The red wire is for switched voltage feeding the lights after switch. |
