RECIPE #2 LENGUA TACOS WITH AVOCADO SALSA Avocado salsa Verde for beef tongue tacos 1 avocado 1/2 chopped tomato, 1/2 jalapeno, 1/8 piece onion, small bunch of cilantro 7 oz salsa Verde 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp Pepper 1 tsp of lime. For tacos, add beef tongue to corn tortillas. Top with Avacado salsa Verde RECIPE #3 LENGUA BURRITOS Avocado/Tomatillo sauce for Lengua burritos Pot full of boiling water 1 large tomato or 2 small 1 jalapeño 2 garlic cloves 1/2 onion 1 large tomatillo or 2 small boil above ingredients until softened.
