To go along with the news the pair has also released the standout first single, "Ashley", from the project specially designed to make hearts gush. "Ashley" is a slow jam showcasing both artists' long time affinity and respect for R&B that can be heard throughout the whole EP. The Passion Project is an homage to the genre while retaining a nostalgic sound, tongue in cheek lyrics and real emotion behind the music and themes. Lido and Santell started writing an R&B song together during a session earlier this year which led to them continuing to write more tracks until they had The Passion Project. Lido will be embarking on a national tour starting in Vancouver on October 20th. Check out "Ashley" and don't miss Lido on tour through October and November.
