| Video Discription | Finally, let's try Zach Choi's SILKY mac & cheese! @ZachChoi ✨Recipe: 12 slices Yellow American Cheese 12 slices White American Cheese 2 tbsp Butter 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp Onion Powder 2 tbsp Flour 17 oz Evaporated Milk 16 oz Cavatappi (corkscrew Macaroni) 1. Shred cheese and set aside. Start your noodles boiling. 2. In a pan on medium heat, melt butter. Once butter is fully melted, mix in paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and flour. 3. Once mixed, add evaporated milk and mix. Then add half your shredded cheese and mix until fully melted. 4. Add noodles and coat well. 5. Pour noodle/sauce mixture into pan, layering the other half of your shredded cheese as you go. 6. Broil in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve immediately. |
